I have taken part in webinars and live events run by Louise and always come away with so much knowledge and practical tips to try to improve the 'diet' of myself and my family. I love the sensible advice (no faddy diets here) and Louise's book has so much advice for helping children to learn about foods and ways of getting them to try new dishes. Many are quick and easy to make too which is great! Whilst you can tell Louise really knows the science behind her advice, it is explained in an easy to understand way and I would highly recommend. It's great that my children now want to help out in the kitchen and are developing good habits for life.
Louise really knows her stuff and delivers all she knows in a friendly and easy-to-understand way. Highly recommended.
