VH Hairpieces and Wigs for Hair Loss

Truly awful experience, paid 375 for a wig that was cut unevenly & is actually smaller than it needs to be (verified by another professional), didn't take into account my wifes visual impairment when checking even though I'd pre advised, had to go back three times as wrong colours asked for ordered, failed to advise us of the NHS vat exemption for medical conditions so wig could have been supplied from company with VAT taken off, still awaiting a full receipt 2 weeks after requesting one. We ended up going to a professional further afield, was given full consideration & a full range of options, really good experience there & we purchased two wigs there and my wife was very happy as opposed to the further distress she suffered at the hands of VH Hairpieces
