My dog had puppies and developed some serious complications. We took her to the ER and were referred by a friend to have a follow up from Luv-n-care. I am extremely pleased with how friendly the staff and doctors are and how they are always available for questions. I will be using Luv-n-care for all my pets from here on out. BONUS the app is really user friendly and helpful.

On 2/17/2021, I took my dog Krasher into Luv-N-Care for the very first time. Krasher is my 10 year old Long Hair Dachshund, who happens to have very serious reactions to vaccines. He has only known one Animal Hospital and one Veterinarian his whole life. So talk about added stress on myself. Think about my poor pup. What really made a difference in this Veterinarian chain is, Dr. Lane and the receptionist Megan. Dr. Lane was very diligent in care of Krasher. She processes such compassion and patience for not just your pet but for you too. That is really hard to come by in today's time. Megan was very professional and pleasant when we spoke on the phone. She answered all my question in such a quick manor I was actually impressed. It is nice and refreshing to come across people like Dr. Lane and Megan. Just so happy I found this outfit. The entire staff is so kind and attentive and willing to help out in any way for the benefit of your pet. I have a puppy who had a hernia that was quite complicated and Dr. Singh and the techs worked so hard to make sure he was well taken care of. I really cannot say enough about grateful I am. Such a wonderful experience all around.

Dr. Singh is so knowledgeable. He has been in practice for many years, but he is not old fashioned. I love that he continues to learn and stays current with new treatments and all of the happenings in the veterinary field. If he doesn’t know the answer to something, he will research it himself to find the best possible solution and treatment plan for his patient. He always has the patient’s health and well being as his priority and I will be sad when the day of his retirement arrives. I hope it’s not for many more years! Thank you, Dr. Singh, for the wonderful care you have always given to all my “children”.
