Did is a nice and knowledgeable person. I took a new to me BMW there for an inspection before I closed the deal on it. They were up front, honest and gave me the issues the car had without pressure to have them fix ASAP, as nothing was really pressing. I will be back for my service needs with my new to me BMW going forward.

Straight forward and honest. Never overcharged or tried to "up sell" me on anything. If it NEEDS to be done, they'll tell you. If it can wait, they'll also tell you that.
Transaction was fast and easy. Due to Co-Vid the waiting area is closed, so the service is drop off. My Audi Q5 is running smoothly, and I will be returning for additional services for my vehicle (i.e. regular maintenance, break services, etc).
I rented a vehicle through Turo (this business rents out vehicles through Turo) and the Brakes failed in the middle of the highway. I luckily swerved the car in time or else I would have gotten into a huge accident. The host tried to blame me for his own "new" brakes failing. Stay away from this business. The vehicle was setup to crash and this business should not be trusted. Next time you leave someone stranded and promise to pay for their ride back home - you should follow through with that. Host mentioned that the Emergency Brakes were used - well I wouldn't have used the Emergency Brake if the actual brakes were installed properly. If I hadn't acted quickly the the car would have crashed and put my life and my passengers lives in danger. They're clearly trying to scam people and profit off of their older vehicles/insurance money.
They rent vehicles on TURO and. Y experience was GREAT!!
Excellent customer service! This was my first visit for stalling problems with my BMW. Read great reviews here and sure enough, Sid and his staff provided professional and efficient service. I am new to Marietta and this will be my go to place for trustworthy care of my vehicle...which can be hard to find.
Very professional! Great value! Highly recommended for your car oil changes. Wait time was very short and owner is very friendly. You can always count on Luxury Automotive for excellent service!
Honest and professional. I took my BMW X5 in for an oil change and paid a reasonable price. No pressure to get unnecessary services like the dealership would suggest. I will be returning for all my bmw needs.
