I came here after receiving ridiculous quotes for the repair of my classic Chanel flap bag from some better-publicised repair clinics in London. The quality of the repair was outstanding (everything from the inside stitching to the final finishing) and the before-and-after transformation was amazing (have a look at the before and after uploaded pictures). Merali is genuinely nice and friendly, provides good customer service. He carefully explained what and how to repair my bag and listened to my concerns.
