I hardly write reviews but thought I should in this case. Recently ordered tiles from the online store as I fell short on a few tiles. Luckily Luxury Tiles had these in stock (as it was a particular design and size). Initially called and spoke to Alex who double checked the stock and confirmed the order and even sent a few extra that I needed to finish off my tiling (extremly thoughtful and thank you). I ordered on Friday and received the tiles on Monday and then some extra ones a couple of days later allowing for me to finish the bathroom. Have to say Alex was really helpful and followed up with an email to confim the delivery dates. The tiles where packaged extremely well in bubble wrap and a stong box and I recieved it good order. Having used Tile Giant and Tops Tiles recenly I can say they more expensive but the service is not as good. Thanks for the service and would happily recommend you.

Do NOT order from this company Alex is so unprofessional and rude people I have ever spoken to. Ordered from the website as they advertised quick delivery. Chased order and was promised delivery the following day didn’t arrive. Then chased again to be told items were not available Alex attempted to sell us several other products and even sell us 40 tiles at half price then attempted to give us free tiles. He lied his way through the phone call accused me of bullying him then went off the call to try and arrange a delivery of an item that wasn’t in stock. Then called me back with the words I have good news and bad news. Good news being he had cancelled my order and bad news is that I wouldn’t be getting my items. He twice said that telephone calls were recorded and when we later spoke to his manager(still not sure this also wasn’t someone pretending to be his manager) who said phone calls were not recorded. At one point he said to me I only work here what do you want me to do! If you have any sense do NOT be fooled by any of the false reviews claiming excellent service or any of the false claims on the website. They are definitely not a luxury company I am not even sure they are a company at all. I wish I could give zero stars

I am very satisfied with the Luxury Tiles. The customer service was excellent. I could easily contact the expert team and receive information about the tiles I was interested in and technical specification. The tiles were delivered within 2 days as promised. The quality and the view of the tiles are exceptional. I could not find anything similar of this quality and the price at any other website. These tiles will definitely create luxury view of my bathroom. Highly recommend.
