The staff are one of the most friendliest and welcoming people in Luzern! Plus, they do customized engraving on Victorinox Swiss army knives for free! Great collection of souvenirs, too.

老闆人很好，店員也很有耐心解釋產品，他們有自己的刻字筆，購買瑞士刀後可以免費刻字！而且這裡的手錶很便宜，值得買！價錢真的比旁邊的手錶店便宜不少，而且店內購買超過300法郎可以直接退稅，記得在出境前給海關蓋章寄回店內附給你的信封就可以了，很方便的
