My car gets broken in the south of France, and no one there helped me. I was in three different car engineering places and in every of them they couldn’t help me. I came up to Lido Garage with a very old vintage car, which was almost not possible to drive because of the mysterious internal damage that no one in France could ménage to repair. I’ve been served by Mr Marcus, and it takes him literary 15 minutes to solve my issue and to fix my car. His knowledge was outstanding, and the way I was approached by him and his colleagues was absolutely fantastic. This is THE BEST CAR GARAGE I EVER BEEN TO. Thank You a looooot for Your help. To everyone who is concerned about the good Garage in Lucerne, I can tell You, THIS IS THE BEST GARAGE IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY. Thank You!

Good Place very Professional.
I went to the Schättin Garage Lido to book an appointment about 2 weeks ago as I needed to know what repairs my Lancia Y needed to be done in order to register it in Switzerland. I got an appointment after 2 weeks (today) as they are very busy. I left my car at the garage at 08:30 this morning and I took it back at 11. They only looked at it, both manually and using the computer and let me know what needed to be repaired. I've been charged 85 CHF for this. I am not objecting the price as the mechanic has been professional and detailed (even though to be honest in other garages I've been charged much less for this kind of service). I just think that for the amount I paid I would have expected to be served in time and not being left waiting in front of the receptionist for about 30 minutes (15 minutes each visit), without even being offered a seat. I also have to say that the front desk operator was not nice, nor rude, just simply caring about her own business. I don't suggest this garage if, apart having your car repaired, you also expect a good level of customer service. Update: I just got my car repaired in Italy by a trusted mechanic, he repaired 3 things more that were not listed by Schättin Garage and I paid 1/7 (5000 CHF against 675 euro). I know in Switzerland prices are way higher compared to Italy, and I would have been happy to pay up to 2/3 times the Italian price, but 7 times... No thanks!
Friendly people will take care of your car and serve you coffee in between. Never had a problem with them and they are time-flexible too. Good location if you are in Seeburg area.

Jedes mal wird mir sehr gut erklärt was die Garage bei der Arbeit genau macht, die ich in Auftrag gegeben habe, oder ein Problem beim Fahrzeug hatte. Die Kommunikation stimmt einfach. Das Auto ist auch immer zeitgerecht fertig gestellt und pünktlich fertig. Bin sehr zufrieden.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Sie haben offen und ehrlich kommuniziert und uns kompetent beraten. Der Service ging rasch und unkompliziert.
Material wird nicht einfach ersetzt sonder nach Mögluchkeit repariert. Wenn man nicht versteht was genau wie gemacht wird, nimmt man sich zeit und erklärt es so, dass man es versteht. :-) sehr empfehlenswert!
