Transport damage was settled directly in the branch with a cash credit after notification. I did not receive an answer by e-mail. So we went straight to the branch and they were friendly there.
Im so very disappointed in this store . The Worst customer service ive ever dealt with in my life . I recommend no one to use this store . None of the employees know anything, and theres no Leander ship in the management . When i had a promblem in fixing an item that i bought from the Karlskrona store . They just pushen me away . Theyre very Rude ! This Elgiganten store totally changed my perspective on this corporation. I Will never do business with this store ever again . And i Will tell everyone that i know also to never do business with this store or corporation . Karlskrona, Elgiganten is by far the worst . I Will laugh and celebrate when Elgiganten goes bankrupt one day . .

Purchased IconX 2018 headphones. They were opened prior to my purchased and faulty. Recipe was given. Returned them to another store and the receipt was not showing on their system and they would not return at that store. Have been asked to travel 5 hours back to the city where I purchased them and all I get in return is my money back and my travel expenses. 5 hours of my life for a clear error that this company made not the paying customer. I have the time and the financial means to sue and I am. Not sure if the just Swedish like to have their tummies tickled and roll back over but in Britain, you don't get away with this. Sent a financial demand with 10 days to hear back so let's see where this deplorable company goes with this. Worst operational setup I've ever experienced from a retail chain.
