We absolutely can not recommend working with Lydesign if you are looking for a fast production or good jewelry quality! We placed the order (more than 200 pieces necklaces, bracelets) in NOV 2019 and received DEC 2020 just in time for the Christmas sells - BUT 99% of the pieces have been defektive (bad gold plating, scratches, bumps, even wire sticking out of the chains)! Now its April 2020 and we still haven't got the revised pieces back! And they are not offering a refund either!

For over 10 years, Lydesign have produced a number of high-quality products for me, consistently delivering on-time without any issues, and always providing top-end customer service and communication. Most recently they developed a number of custom designs for me, and I can say I am very pleased again with the end-results. Excellent work Lydesign! Keep it up!
