I have used Oakey & Son a number of times for various electrical jobs in and outside my house, the latest being a kitchen fit. They are very reliable, ensure the job is completed totally to your satisfaction and are always reasonably priced. They’re also likeable and trusted guys which is incredibly important when they are in your home. Highly recommended

We needed a number of jobs completed urgently before Christmas and Steve managed to fit us in. He arrived on time, kept me informed of progress and explained things when asked. He was polite and courteous and did an excellent job to a high standard. Would highly recommend Oakey & Son and have already booked them in for another job in the New Year.

We found Steve by a local recommendation and are so pleased we did. We were putting in a new kitchen and Steve came to visit to help us work out what electrical work needed to be done and then, when we were ready, he came back to complete the work. However, when we weren't ready to do it all at once, he patiently came back a second time to finish the job. He was fantastic. Helpful, understanding our needs, quick and extremely tidy! Everything was clearly communicated by email and we knew exactly what each element of the work would cost. We would certainly be happy to recommend him and will use him again if and when we need any more electrical work done.
