Freedom made it possible for me to return to work after a long career break raising my three children (two of whom have additional needs) As a busy primary teacher, I needed flexible, responsive childcare. As the mother of two autistic boys, I needed caring, well-trained, experienced staff. I am happy to say that Freedom kept my family happy and functioning for years!

Freedom Childcare have run a special needs creche for us for many years. I have no hesitation in recommending this service. Fran and her team are fantastic. The children (of all ages) that attended had so much fun. Parents left their children in confidence and felt that they would be well looked after, even though they had only just met. We used Freedom Childcare when we held a weekend party at the Priory Bay Hotel and wanted to give the adults the chance to all enjoy dinner together. They provided a really great team who understood the differing needs of the children, inspiring instant, and proven, trust from both the parents and the young. The children had a really fun evening and all ended up peacefully asleep, much to the delight to the parents. My friends and family had nothing but complements for Freedom Childcare. It was one of the main things that made our party such a success. Money well spent.
Freedom have worked in partnership with Reach for 3 consecutive years, and we are planning to do so again in 2015. Freedom have supported our annual Family Weekend with creche and childcare for up to 80 children from 9am - 9.30pm. The administrative and childcare teams have at all times been helpful, flexible to work with out volunteers and staff, and professional and we have enjoyed working with them - even at the most stressful times they maintain humour! I have pleasure recommending them to others needing creche and older children's activities. Freedom understand the needs of children whatever their age, and really do care about each and every one of the personalities they are working with.
I have used Freedom since it's launch in 2001. They have provided me with a nanny, an au pair and babysitters over the years. They have always been professional and extremely careful to appoint someone that would fit easily into the profile of our family. I have found Fran Cooper to be a shining light in those moments of maternal / professional panic when a real helping hand has been needed with my children. Highly recommend this company.
