Terrible. We have given this company thousands and thousands of pounds in business. I have never met anyone more unprofessional in my life. Despite entering into the agreement our order (15k plus) was to be finished by the end of August for a large property. After 3 months delay and reminders from myself of what the actual order was I now no longer have the money until the New Year to pay. I explained to this Jo (proprietor) who has threatened legal action!! Cant believe the petty and unprofessionalism! Don't use this company (never thought I'd say this).
