Peter has been extremely helpful, from the initial appointment Peter has been on hand on answer any questions and also provide information that has helped me qualify for an access to work grant to cover my hearing aids. In addition he was more than happy to post further information to help both myself and my employer make an informed choice. I would highly recommend Peter at Solent Hearing.
As my previous hearing aid provider was no longer open I recently visited Solent Hearing. Peter was able to provide me with new hearing aids from the same manufacturer. I was impressed, not only with his up to date equipment, but also by his knowledge and professional competence. I have now had the 2 week follow up and the date for a six month check. I am very happy with my new 'ears'.
I took my elderly mum into solent hearing today,she couldn't hear anything, Peter met us and explained what he was going to do,after an hour my mum could hear again, what an absolutely fantastic gentleman, so professional, kind and a totally relaxed atmosphere, thankyou so much Peter for your profesiolism and kindness.
