Allen’s homes is by far the best place in the Lynchburg area to do business when buying a manufactured or mobile home. It has been over a year since we moved into our home and anything that has come up with just a call and a few questions the folks at Allen’s have taken care of us. We had a minor leak in the roof due to a manufacturing defect and they had someone out to fix it the very next day. Just recently my front door knob broke unexpectedly and the factory wouldn’t cover it, so Jeff paid for it himself to ensure we were taken care of. We are extremely pleased with the top notch customer service we received during the process of buying and setting up our home. I would highly recommend using Allen’s over the chain business up the road. We were looking at the same house at both places and spent around 15 thousand less than we would have at the big chain. If you needed a review to sway your decision on which place to buy your home, let this be it.

It has been more than a year since I purchased my home from Allens, and I cannot say enough great things about these guys. I recently had a leak around my bathroom exhaust fan. I contacted Jeff knowing that my home was no longer under warranty. I wanted to see maybe if he could refer me to someone to fix it. Jeff told me he would be in my area the next few days and not to worry. Allen's came by, fixed the leak, no questions asked. While the guys up the \street\ are doing everything they can to meet their sales quota. Allen's is doing everything they can to make their clients safe and happy !! Thank You All Again !

They are a family owned company and have been in operation for many many years. I highly recommend Allen’s if your looking to buy a quality home! *UPDATE* A few weeks ago we discovered our roof was leaking. We contacted Allen’s and they immediately sent someone to check it out.
