Ordered online, used curbside pickup. Check ed in online with no response upon arrival or about 8-10 minutes that followed. Called the number online and had to explain order. At the time of the order, a barcode was emailed to me but was never requested at pickup. Instead I had to show ID. It seems the barcode would be better to ensure accurate merchandise is given to the customer. Merchandise itself was great. So far so good.

One of the smallest Bed, Bath, & Beyond locations I have ever visited. Because of this their selection is very small and limited. On the same not since their is not as much this location also deals with a lot of out-of-stock items. No big issues other than those related to the size. But if your in a pinch you can always check to see they may have what your looking for. But you may have to travel to Charlottesville or Roanoke to larger stores if you need something not as common.
I had an online coupon and showed it to the manager that helped me. I was a buy one get one free coupon and she said she would call the employee at the register desk and tell her about my coupon offer but when I got to the register the agent knew nothing. So I had to ,while standing in check out line reopen my email and obtain the offer solicitation. This was a big hassle and all because of a neglige employee.
Bed, Bath & Beyond has all the essentials and even non essentials for the house. The uniform code of the store makes most everything easy to find and self explanatory if you have a little trouble because of the easy to see signs. I would comment that the prices are a little higher compared to something like T.J. Maxx which may or may not have the same thing that you need but that's the rub: "may or may not." They have been having sales across all stores lately of up to 70% off which is great! The clearance section in this store is in the back middle section.
I found what I was looking for! My 88 year old loved the table cloth for Easter. Thank you
Store was nice, however, they didn't have what we were looking for. They do carry a lot of As Seen on TV stuff which can be fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the prices were about what you would expect. Clean store and easy to find sections and items.
Lots of cool items but sadly half not priced..really wanted the as seen on TV wringer mop but no price and nobody near to ask so I left it there at store..good deals on k cup coffee of all name brands..bought them because they had prices..
