By far the most positive car buying experience I've had (and I've had a few). I had been on a search for very specific vehicle for quite sometime and found one just posted on Car Gurus. I inquired with this dealership and they immediately got back to with pics and carfax. From there I dealt primarily with Ashton and he was really on point. Buying car from out of state I had a many questions to make sure when I showed up there wouldn't be any surprises/hiccups. He answered all of them accurately and promptly. When it came to pick up the whole process took less than hr including a quick test drive. They even beat the finance rates I had on pre-approval. Great car, great experience, highly recommend

MESSED AROUND FOR A WEEK TRYING TO MAKE A DEAL AND WE FINALLY AGREED TO THEIR RETAIL PRICE AND ALL FEES BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER LOVED THE CAR AT WHICH TIME THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US AN ADDITIONAL 1000 TO MAKE THE CAR CERTIFIED WHEN IT WAS ADVERTISED AS CERTIFIED THE WHOLE TIME. THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE AD AND WE HAD TO BUY ELSEWHERE. IT WAS RIDICULOUS.

Poor Customer service ...if I could give a zero I would. My husband and I went to look at a used car that my husband had been talking over the phone with.when we got there the salesman was out with another customer .My husband let the salesman there know we were already dealing with someone else that he could go back inside and let us look at the car and wait for the other salesman unless he wanted us to leave the guy told us we could leave.I am a sales manager myself that I ideal with customer service daily and I manage around Fifty associates I can't believe the man actually said what he did.Needless to say after driving thirty five miles I will take my business elsewhere.
