Cheryl is a talented and amazingly kind hearted artist/florist. She made the most beautiful flower arrangements for my Aunt Mary and told me she actually had known my Aunt. What a lovely person! I highly recommend her.

Cheryl was so kind and helpful. Her shop smells like heaven and she was easy to work with! I ordered a bridal bouquet as well as a flower crown. My bridal bouquet turned out beautiful! There were a few flowers I didn’t love, and a few more I asked for, and she was very accommodating to make it exactly how I wanted it! My flower crown was fine at first, but when I got to my venue to put it on, it was essentially leaves. I sent her pictures of what I wanted and that’s not what I got. There were very few flowers, and the flowers that were there were hot glued on top. My sister came with flowers to save the day, but I was very disappointed in that “flower crown.” Highly recommended her bouquets! Do not recommend her flower crowns at all.
I Ordered some succulents for my wife for our anniversary. Owner was super helpful. Prompt and affordable delivery. The Arrangement was even better than the example on website. This business has a very high level of attention to detail. Highly recommend!
I personally reached out via a phone call to Cheryl to make my concern known. She confirmed with me she would fix the situation and call me to ensure it was fixed. She never called back, never fixed the problem. I called back in case it had slipped her mind and left a voicemail. It’s been 2 weeks and still heard nothing back. Horrible customer service and care for satisfaction. I explained to her at the time that I’d managed floral shops for years and wanted to give her the opportunity to correct the problem vs just writing a bad review. However, after two weeks of waiting for a resolution that she assured I’d have, I still have nothing and will be writing this review here (obviously a private review) and also posting on Yelp, Google and Facebook.
