If you're looking for a trustworthy car shop that truly values its customers and craftsmanship, check out Endurance Auto. I brought them a car (that I was considering buying) for an inspection and was very impressed with the service. Stephen inspected the car as if it was a car he was about to purchase, offered insight/advice about buying used cars, answered all of my questions with detail, and even offered to give feedback over email regarding any future cars I might consider. In a nutshell, they're very knowledgeable/experienced & genuinely care that you have a smooth-running car. Will definitely be going back!

Fantastic customer service, very fair and honest pricing. We needed very quick service unexpectedly when passing through, and they went out of their way to help us out with two new tires for our (loaded) horse trailer. Thank you for helping us out on such short notice, and sorry it tool so long to post a review! 10/10 would recommend and would go again if needed.
I had an excellent experience here. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they also showed me pictures of the different parts of my car that they were looking at so I could see what they were talking about. I originally went there to have my engine light looked at because it came on, and when they were taking a look at it they also discovered that my brakes were rusted through, badly cracked, and my rotors were worn thin. They replaced all of those things in a couple of hours and I was able to get my car back the same day. Knowing now how disastrous it could’ve been if I had continued to drive my car in the condition it was in, I’m glad that I was inconvenienced by having my engine light turn on. God was definitely looking out for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a professional, timely, and honest business.
My sister was in the process of buying a used car and needed a shop to examine one of her prospects. Although she'd never been, she decided to have Endurance do a vehicle inspection. Steve was very thorough, and looked over the car, took it for a test drive, and explained to the both of us the significance of all the things he noted. Given his advice, my sister realized this wasn't her dream car (at least not at the price listed). He took the time to give us a few pointers on bargaining and then told us his work was free of charge and that he would be happy to look over a few of the other options on the table if we emailed him their fact sheets. Would definitely recommend if you are in the process of buying a car and I'm planning on setting up an appointment with them to get my own car looked at. Everyone was kind and went above and beyond. Looks like I found my Auto repair shop.
Didn’t actually get into the shop, but called with a few questions about emission testing and learned that my out of state car couldn’t be tested in Virginia. Steve was extremely friendly, patient, and explained the whole situation to me. The customer service alone will have me back for any future car needs!
