NO REFUNDS EVER EVEN IF THEY SCREW UP!!!!! Ordered dresses based on the color of the one in store and the dress in the book and it came in a different color. The owner repeatedly referred to the receipt that says dresses may come in a different “dye lot”. The dress was a different color. We ordered burgundy and the dresses were wine. Burgundy has a red undertone and wine has a purple undertone. They did not match the color at all of the wedding. The person there when I first saw the dress did agree it was not the right color but the owner was not there. Our choices were pick another dress of the limited selection they offer and hope it comes in the right color, order the same dress again and hope it comes in the correct “dye lot” or lose money. We are out over 275 because there are no refunds!! She knew the colors are not consistent but did NOT say that. We ordered dresses online from another place weeks apart and they all was the right color and the same dye lot! She uses cheap companies and is shady about it.

If u want the right color do not go there. The color that was ordered came back purple not burgundy. But the book shows the burgundy dress even called company that makes dress said all the dresses in the same style is purple. But the store we went to doesn't want to refund us the money back on 4 dresses they can't make right.
