By far some of the best Italian food in Lynchburg. Flavor is excellent with many menu options and a revolving daily specials menu. A personal favorite is the Lobster Ravioli with tomato vodka cream sauce, which hits all the right spots in regards to a lobster pasta dish. High class service, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of dining at Isabella's on a recent trip to Lynchburg. The service was outstanding. Josh, the bartender, was extremely knowledgable, passionate and outgoing. He served up two amazing dealer's choice cocktails, one with gin and one with bourbon. For food, I had the fried artichokes as a starter, which were delicious and then the Angry Bee pizza for an entree (pictured here). It was decadent and don't forget a side of their homemade ranch. Five stars all around.

I want to give more stars but I can't. We ordered a mussel dish and the mussels came out with the shells broken in a pasta dish. We used caution removing the broken mussels (over half the dish) and proceeded to eat with caution. First bite I got a shard of shell mixed into my pasta and I almost choked. The waitstaff was friendly and apologized for the error even though it was not her fault. The manager came over and was nice but dismissive of the issue. When we got home i realized I have a chipped tooth and I looked up cooking broken mussels and it's actually dangerous because the mussels could have been dead for who knows how long before being frozen. Irresponsible of management and the kitchen to serve such a dish. We go here every year for our anniversary. Some years it's 5 stars some years it's 1 Star. Not consistent at all. This year was a 1 star year.

Second time coming. 1st was for our 3 year anniversary and now our 13th. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Reccomend getting a reservation. The photo is of their Brushetta platter. Highly recommended it.

Ok... so you know those places where you are instantly greeted like long lost family regardless of the fact that you've never been there before? This is it! Amazing staff, especially our server who fulfilled every special request without batting an eyelash. Fast and excellent service, thank you. Now for the food part need I mention portions are so large that they had to wheel me out of there? Nearly, though. Fresh food, we all had different dishes and we shared. All were excellent. I was so impressed with everything, thank you so much
