I have had nothing but bad experiences with this place but due to no insurance there isn't many places that I can go . My prescriptions & my husband's there is always a problem . The wait is a minimum of 2 hours to see the Dr . I've had a hard time getting through to them & when I do if it's something other than an appt. I never hear back or am helped. The Dr on call won't help you at all unless you are their patient . My Dr . , Dr Cadree treats me like I'm a nuisance , doesn't listen or help unless it suits her . Had to bed to get a Lyme's test & it was positive . I had it before & knew what it was but wouldn't put me on antibiotics until the test came back & then she put me on doxycycline which I'm allergic too. Took 5 days to get her to order something else . This place is so unorganized . Drs don't seem to care . Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy .

After having to make a difficult transition to a new Dr that covers my form of Medicaid I landed here and was intoduced to a very lovely Doctor Alice Rochow . Who was sweet, funny, compassionate and listened to me attentively. I am relieved and happy to be their patient and look forward to their care. The staff was also very pleasant.

Been waiting for over an hour to be seen in the lobby. During that time I have witnessed a verbal fight between two patients, and someone come in and say they hit someone’s car in the parking lot. The facility is dirty. This is the Federal st location. The doctor seemed nice as well as our nurse but it isn’t enough to get us to come back.
