It wasn't under my name, but I paid this place a lot, twice, to repair the slow leak in my wheel. I wasn't given a discount for the repeat work. Twice they said it was fixed. Well, it still had a slow leak. I know the wheel had multiple problems, I'm not denying that. But before declaring it fixed, twice, they should have checked it better. So, somewhere else had to fix it the third time. Three full price fixes for one wheel seems extreme.

A living nightmare. I can't articulate in the English language how bad this experience was bringing my car here. Time to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and get a lawyer involved. What fun! Thanks a lot guys.

I have reviewed you but you remove all non-glowing, non-5 star reviews. NOBODY believes any company is all 5 stars. Brought many vehicles to Kerr over many years then they pretty much scrapped a vehicle over an eight dollar part (vehicle inspection) - no alternatives given, not a lot of research put in... Sorry not sure what happened to the store but there are many others.

We’ve taken our vehicles here a few times for things like oil changes, tires and state inspections. The prices were fair, the staff was professional & friendly & they completed the work in a timely fashion. We will be going back here for future vehicle needs.

The team at Kerr Tire and Automotive is great. My car has an uncommon tire size, but they had it in stock and were able to get the tires changed quickly. Friendly staff!
