My kids took their car here with a coupon from Food Lion. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The manager stayed late to get our vehicle back to us as it had taken a little longer than he expected. He stayed in contact with my son explaining delay. Overall, I was very pleased and will be a returning customer.

I have a rental from Enterprise that needed and oil change. The young service writer gave me attitude because the key fob I had didn't have the barcode. He had to walk out to the parking lot to get the information. While I waited for the oil change in the lobby I overheard the same young man bad-mouthing a customer who had called to ask the price for an oil change. Obviously the customer was price shopping. The person who had called for the price eventually called back and the service writer refused to answer the call. He kept that customer on hold for at least 10 minutes while he continued to bad-mouth the person on hold. Eventually another service writer finished with his customer and when he answered the phone the person had already hung up. This bothered me enough to take a pictures of the invoice for my rental. Look them over and you'll see the service writers name.
The manager was extremely rude he told Me he had 30 years of experience and he knew more than the computer while basically scolding me about making a appointment online. The line was out the door and a lot of people in the lobby complaining about wait times. My experience was horrible and I will take my business somewhere with better customer service.
Needed my tire checked and saw that there weren't available time slots listed online for appointments. I called them anyways to see if they could fit me in and they were so nice and able to get me in. The manager Victor, was super helpful and they fixed my tire in under an hour! Highly recommend this location. Plus if you are a student, they give you a discount on new tires!

Victor the manager is the glue that keeps NTB on wards going and always gives us great deals on our trucks and vehicles in a timely manor. Never had any issues and would highly recommend!
