I have had two cars collide with deer since July. Sandrof has fixed both and they look great. My vehicles were insured by different companies and Sandrof worked flawlessly with both. All I had to do was file the the claim and pay the deductible.

I had a great experience at Sandrof Auto Body at their Lakeside Drive location. From the minute my wife and I walked in the door, we were met by big smiles from Heather and Charissa, smiles one could tell were genuine and two people who were very good at their job. They did all the paperwork, extra phone calls, etc., making it really easy for us. Also, it was reassuring to know that my insurance company views Sandrof as a preferred company. We were then introduced to Gary, who put our claim into his very capable hands. Gary is a great listener, patient, soft spoken and someone who knows his business. It was very obvious to my wife and I, that Heather, Charissa and Gary really care about their job and their customers and that is why our car turned out so well. Having worked in the construction industry for 38 years, I fell like I know when a job has been done correctly and with pride. The Sandrof team did a great job!

Very few businesses still achieve the quality, integrity and customer service that Sandrof provided me. I had a substandard repair from an out of state body shop that I asked them to help me with. They were nothing but professional, timely and accurate in their work. They followed up on my concerns, worked with the multiple adjusters that were involved and resolved all the issues until everything was quite satisfactory. It is a pleasure to find that small businesses like this still exist today.
