They make you to wait 2 hours without any information. Just let people know you will charge 145 no matter what. Then people will not wait. It says rapid testing but it is not. Plus you have to pay 145 because your insurance will not cover your bill. I get rapid testing every week. Whoever can afford 145 every week can only go here to waste their money. There are plenty of other FREE service centers. This is not where you find.

Updated my review from two years ago. Seems like new owners. They treated my daughter in May 2020 when she had an allergic Reaction. She felt immediately better after two days. They also do covid testing. My wife went here to get rested before her flight. They have rapid results but normal results for us came in two days. It’s a long wait but they tell you on the phone. Expect a 4-6 hour wait. My wife went at 6 am before they opened at 8 to get on line and was done before 12.

Staff is so lovely and accommodating! I needed to get a rapid test within 4hrs prior to flight departure, the staff was beyond kind in trying to figure out the best way for me to get my test done. Literally saved me so much anxiety right before a long trip. Depending on how busy it is you might need to wait longer, but there's like 5 people there, they're doing the best they can so just be patient. The first time I waited an hour to get antibodies done, the second time I was in and out in 15min. FYI you do have to pay up front for the rapid but ask for receipt so you can then submit to your insurance.

So efficient!! Pre-registered online for a covid test within 30 mins they were calling telling me they were ready! Once I got there I was quickly let into a room with my mom ( who was getting a test too). The results were so quick! The staff was so friendly from the front desk staff to the doctor to the woman who administered the test! Best place to go!

This place is awesome. After reading a review about the cost of rapid COVID testing, I managed to speak with a manager whom explained that a lot of insurances do not cover the MOLECULAR rapid tests that they have here. They are 99% accurate vs 55% accurate \free\ antigen tests I was getting at CityMD. I will gladly pay a little bit extra knowing that I don't have a false negative. I take care of my elderly grandmother who has COPD. I can't take the risk. I suspect that is why so many people come back here. Don't take it out on them because insurance companies are cheap and won't cover the good tests that are out there!
