Very inconsistent. Maybe ran into 2 good doctors in 6 visits. Went in for ear infection this week, and the nurse practitioner skipped looking in my ears. Didn’t make sense. Given their track record I’d look elsewhere

I actually ran into a few good doctors and nurses in this facility, but ran into a few bad ones as well. I went to be check out because I was in the ER a few months for chest pain, so I wanted to make sure everything’s was okay when I heard a nurse complained about me being there. In all honesty I didn’t know her at all, maybe she was having a bad day but she complained. Recent I went back and was told to go there from a nurse and a doctor complained. Maybe they need to find another field of work because it’s their job to see after and care for people. I will take this further because I’m sure they did other patients like this and it shouldn’t be tolerated there is no excuse. I recommend going elsewhere because Urgent Care in Lyndhurst and Mayfield road is not the place to go!
