I have been frequenting DryBar for over a year now. Everyone that works in the shop is so wonderful and courteous. And I can honestly say I have never had a bad blow out, they are all experts at their craft. It doesn't matter which stylist you get they are all amazing! The owners are so generous and willing to answer any and all questions with patience and follow up when needed. They also give adorable gift bags of goodies (not every time but often enough to make you feel special)! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great blowout. Oh, and did I mention they're extremely efficient, wash, blow dry and style in under an hour (even with thick, long hair)! And once you have relaxed in their shampoo bowl you will wonder where that comfort has been all your life. Can't wait to see you guys next time!

We came here before my sister's wedding around 9am while the ceremony was at 5. I was the only one that didn't brush out my curls and they actually stayed for a couple of days... So don't brush them out right away if you want them to last! It was a rainy day. The girls were very nice and accommodated us three at a time. They gave us umbrellas when we left. My sister's stylist even tried to put in this sparkly floral wire my sister brought as the bride to twist into her braid along the backside of her head. It didn't work out so well- I ended up having to fix it later because my sister want happy with it- but oh well, it's not in their job description, and she tried! Overall, I liked it here and felt like the girls were all very professional and operations ran smoothly. You'll feel great!
Courteous service and nice location, but quality of blowout did not live up to expectations. I've had blowouts at a similar salon and they lasted 5-7 days. My blowout from Drybar barely lasted a few hours. Hair fell flat and curl was gone. Techniques and products used did not live up to expectations compared to experiences at other places. Disappointing results from a business advertising itself as the best at the service it provides.
it was super nice and clean and relaxing there. it’s slightly expensive but it’s worth it to treat yourself (i went on my birthday). i had richie as my stylist and he did amazing!
This is the ONLY place that you should be going for blow outs!!! Totally affordable...and the staff is amazing!!! Ileana is my girl...her blowouts are fire!!! Go book now!!!
So happy to have Drybar here in Cleveland! The customer service from the start of my service to the end was awesome. The girls gave me samples of products to try, I got a cute little yellow wallet with a FREE blowout card in it... just because! My hair lasted 3 days (Haley was my stylist - she' was so cute). I got the "Cosmo" with a lot of curl and it was waaaay better than anything i could've attempted to do myself. I know this is a new location, but my experience felt exactly like any Drybar I've ever been to. Awesome!
So I went in a little worried because I had a bad experience the day before at a Drybar in another city. Legacy Village blew it out of the water. Everyone there is SOO nice. Georgie did my hair and she was SPECTACULAR. Highly recommend dry bar legacy village and love all the dry bar products!
I’m so happy that Drybar is in Cleveland! The environment is so much fun with upbeat music, movies to watch and a great, energetic staff. I always have wonderful experience and love how my hair turns out!!
