The hiring team for this company is great...I live in Texas and drove all the way to Virginia to work for this company...had some personal issues, not their fault. Needless to say, I wish I'd had the opportunity to stay and see what the team was made of because the recruitment and travel manager were great

I have attempted on numerous occasions to gain employment with this company. did not matter where since i travel as a pipe welder. I have over 10 years of experience as a pipe welder and consistently i am turned down for work. doesn't matter what i apply for. i did some research and read a few forums and it turns out this happens quite alot with this company. seems like they only post positive reviews and hide the bad ones. On INDEED there are alot of negative reviews as well. Even after i still applied and was turned down. they didn't even offer an interview but they would sent tons of emails to my inbox of positions that they need workers IMMEDIATELY. to which i would apply. I even called their HR department. with little to no understanding of what was going on with the crews in the field. I asked why i kept getting emails if they were not serious of their intentions to finding workers. Got the runaround. Then I wrote an email politely asking why i kept getting the cold shoulder, why was i being passed up and of course not surprised they have not responded. they made me feel like garbage for no reason. I've done nothing but try to gain employment. It's sad I'm a 4 time active duty combat vet and I cant even get an audience after the 8th try. speaks volumes about this company.

Easily the most stressful, hostile, and tense place I've ever worked. I recruited for them for a year and a half and their turnover rate is practically legendary to locals. Wish I had known, and that I paid attention to the signs.

This company has a terrible retention rate. I was hired and I worked for 6 months with them. At first I took two weld tests for them and they failed both which are the 1st two weld tests that I have ever failed anywhere in 5 years of welding. Then they offered me a spot as a general laborer at a lower pay rate than I was asking for and so I took it because I needed the job at the time being. The day of hiring the had me take the same two weld tests again, I did nothing different than the last time and I magically passed this time. Anyhow after this I worked a few months and then I took the 6G pipe test for them and passed it. They then moved me into pipewelding and threw me straight Into a big money project with absolutely NO TRAINING on fit up or finding take off values for the construction of the lines and valves. I asked for help several times and was briefly explained what to do. And yet I still struggled to correctly fit everything up. After welding on a valve backwards and cutting it all back apart to fix it I asked to go back to Structural welding in order to save the company money on the time I was taking to complete projects and also to save myself the stress of being expected to perform perfectly with no training time. I was then Layed off the next day, not fired. But "layed off." because they just don't believe in going backwards In this company and apparently they dont believe in training either.

If you are hard working and serious about your career, this is a fantastic company to work for. They have incredible career advancement opportunities with clear paths and training to help achieve your career goals. They really reward their hard working employees and they do not stand for laziness or sub standard work. This means you will be working with an elite team where everyone works hard, pulls their own weight, and constantly strives for greatness. This is a very fast paced business so the work can sometimes be stressful, but my coworkers were fantastic and we helped each other to be successful. Even when times were stressful, it was still a very enjoyable working environment because of the talented and motivated people I was working with. The work was very rewarding. There were always new challenges to tackle and with this company being on the forefront of innovation, I learnt new things every day.
