The officer who helped me when I was hit by a car was very nice and helpful. But good luck communicating with the people in the records room. They never pick up the phone, they don’t return voicemails, and when I finally got through to a person, she gave me attitude saying that their outgoing voicemail “tells you EXACTLY how to request a police report!” How can I request a copy of the report when no one will talk to me?
