Jackie (the manager) is absolutely excellent. She goes above and beyond, I don't feel like a customer anymore, I feel more like a friend. She lets me know when the brand I use is on sale, alerts me about upcoming classes and notifies me when a rep is in her store. Good customer service is hard to come by and I just want everyone to know how wonderful she is.
