Super nice and very knowledgeable
Not as good as East Burke Sports if you want great customer service.
Staff was polite and helpful. Inventory was a little slim but we were able to get things like tubes and gloves.
Had to leave a 5 star review for Matt and Krysanthe (sp?) at the Village Sport Shop. Bought my first 1000 bike (used Specialized Sequoia) and after the fact, I’m so glad I purchased from these guys. Such a professional and hometown feel. I scoured the interwebs during this pandemic to find a bike due to scarcity. Krysanthe didn’t hesitate to send me pics and discuss fit. Had some problems with shipping as the derailleur was bent in transit, but Matt filed an insurance claim right away and I successfully received a reimbursement! With emails and updates the whole way. This is exactly why brick and mortar shops are still needed. I felt I got the service of a local bike shop with the convenience of the internet. Please support this shop! Thanks for your professional yet laid back followup. Keep it up!
