Lovely authentic cafe, great service, friendly and accommodating staff as there was 6 of us with 2 dogs. Great food at great prices. Very nice thank you ladies. Will be back

Highly recommended! The ladies who served us were friendly and attentive, and made us feel welcome. The white crockery was perfectly clean and bright; something I value highly because it gives a sense of how hygienic the cafe and staff are. We had a lovely cup of tea. My wife had a cheese scone and I had a bacon bap. They have a wonderful selection of baked items and freshly made food. It's a long way from home but we're already looking forward to coming back.

Nice cosy cafe. Staff were very helpful and polite. I would like to recommend this place for cleanliness and the food is excellent. Was here with my wife and tried the cream teas here, well worth the visit

My family and I were greeted by friendly staff from the minute we walked through the door. We were served by one of the owners of the cafe, and she was so attentive and helpful - she just wanted to make everything right for us. The food was absolutely delicious - I enjoyed a prawn marie rose salad (with a homemade dressing served in a cute little jar), and a wonderful mini cream tea. The scone was warm, and the blackcurrant jam was fresh and full of flavour. We really felt that they had put so much love into the service and food. We're not locals, but will definitely be returning on our next family holiday to Devon!

It was very good but a wasp kept trying to get the food but the staff removed it. There was also a green pod that simulates indoors
