I don't write many reviews, but in an effort to save others from wasting their time I will write this one. I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership. I brought my vehicle here for service a few times. A front collision alert kept going off and I was told I needed a part replaced under warranty. The part was ordered and I was assured I would be called in 3 days. A week later no one called me, I called them and made an appointment. I was assured over the phone that I would not have to leave the car and it would be done same day. I stated that I needed to make a trip to pick up a family member for the holidays and was once again assured my car would be done. I live more than 20 miles from this dealership. I arrived for my maintenance to be rudely greeted and abruptly told my maintenance couldn't be done. I told them I had wasted gas, tolls and time. To which they offered nothing in the way of an apology. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS MONEY!!

I leased my vehicle 2 weeks ago. After leaving the dealership 20 mins later I receive a notification regarding the tire pressure being at 18. Once my husband arrived home he found a nail in the tire. I believe air was put in the tire, but the nail went unnoticed. Secondly, the door is defected. When I open the car door from the outside and get in the car the door doesn't close. I have to get out of the car and play with the handle in order to close it. We attempted to bring it back to the dealer but we had to wait for an appointment which was scheduled for a week later. The dealership stated they have to order a part to fix my door and it won't arrive for 2-3 days. They stated no loaner cars are available and they don't lend out cars if it's not a mechanical problem and the tires aren't covered under the lease. I'm a nurse with 3 children and my husband is a firefighter. It is almost impossible during this pandemic to bring the car back to the dealership on our scheduled days to work and sit all day for them to fix the bogus leased car that they gave me. I'm extremely disappointed. Revised 9/29/2020 3 months later, they received the part to fix my door but it wasn’t painted so it has to be sent back out. This place is a nightmare!
