I worked with Michael, and he was tireless and incredible in helping me prepare and rent my house. He went the extra mile in so many ways. He found me amazing tenants who he vetted well and who have never given me an ounce of trouble. I felt his rates were reasonable and fair.

Scam artists. They are holding on to my entire security deposit despite not providing a move-in checklist, as required by WA law when collecting a security deposit. No details of what the repairs charges were were included in their letter to me, which is also required by WA law; I just received a note in the mail saying they weren't refunding any of my security deposit. Going to have this solve this one the hard way through the court system but the law is on my side and will prevail. Stay far away from this \business.\ Will be reporting them to the BBB too for not following proper protocol for his regulated industry.

Not only are they the definition of professionalism but they are great human beings. they treat you like family and take care of you like you are their only client. They know the market inside out and will give you advice based on what is good for you and not based on the commission which in today's world sounds unreal. I have has almost a 3 year relationship with Mike and Steve. Mike managed my condo in Queen Anne and Steve helped me sell it. They are both gem of people along with being professional, knowledgeable, honest, decent and responsible real estate gurus. You cannot go wrong with them!
