I love the doctor office, I hate the wait. I still don't understand the point of an appointment when you get seen hours after it. Other than that everyone is nice!

Dr. Dakak is the best! He has been my son's pediatrician since the day he was born, my son is 3 now. I love it that Dr. Dakak takes the time to fully examine my child, and also takes the time to answer my questions or concerns.... He even makes me translate for my mom when she has a concern and tries to butt in lol. Bottom line, HE CARES about his patients. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the girls at the front desk. Don't get me wrong, they're nice, but I feel they can be better.... I've been scheduled for appointments when they are not even open. As a working mom, I don't have the luxury to be waiting, but I already know that if I have a 3pm appt, I'll be out by 5pm. That's annoying. On another occasion, my son was scheduled for his annual check-up, we show up, we wait for almost an hour, and then I'm told that I have to reschedule because my insurance wasn't verified, because no one picked up the phone at the insurance company. What the heck! I have to get out of work early just to show up. Not cool. The front desk girls are inefficient, the wait is super long.... BUT Dr. Dakak is totally worth it.
