I am writing based on experience, the doctor is good but i dont know if its the staff oor her, if an appointment is cancelled by their office, at least a courtesy call to the client will be appreciated. We have errands too in our daily life. No one is exempted.

No one needs a nice doctor we need caring doctors on 8/6/20 i called the office at 11am about a prescription mix up with the pharmacy they didn't call or fax and now I'm going to sleep tonight without my medication I' have called that office from 2pm til 4:40pm No answer. This is sad to me. WHY DID ENDOCRINE DR. SILVIA SHAW RETIRE I MISS HER THERE'S NO ENDOCRINOLOGIST LIKE HER. I MISS HER

Receptionist are very RUDE, They have no understanding life situation. This was suppose to be my second visit, eventhough my first visit wasn't as great I when ahead n reschedule.

I wouldn't recommend going here if you're a transgender individual seeking HRT. You're better off going to the La LGBT Center (If you are able). Dr. Echeverry is a wonderful person don't get me wrong, but her and her staff aren't as educated on transgender patients as they should be. Unfortunately my experience going there was less than stellar.

she is by far the best endocrinologist i’ve ever had and could ever ask for & has a great and open attitude to match. I was told by my previous endo. with my thyroid being so overactive i had no choice but to go through with radioactive iodine and taking thyroid meds are a lost cause for me. Dr. Frank gave my thyroid the opportunity to turn itself around and with a new approach with thyroid meds my thyroid responded extremely well. she is totally worth waiting for!
