1st when I arrived they couldn’t find my name because they weren’t looking good enough which took 20 min I had to assure them plenty of times I made an appointment, 2 After they found my name in the system I had to wait 20 more minutes to be taken in a room, once I entered the room I waited another 20 minutes for the doctor to come see me, turns out they scheduled me the wrong doctor\u200d️ BUT the doctor who was there said she can still answer some questions (which was no help at all because I needed to see an obgyn) now at the office for 1hr the doctor came to me and said “well I can’t really help you without any printed documents”(which was my ultra sound or documentation from from my primary doctor ) I told her that my primary doctor had already sent them in... and she ASSURED ME that they did not have any documents(I’ve been trying to see a obgyn for 3 months now, my appointments either get cancelled or the date switched and it takes weeks to get an approval, as I also mentioned to the doctor ,because since they made a mistake and gave me the wrong doctor I would have to wait two/three more weeks to be seen) I started crying because of the frustration... after seeing me cry, the doctor then told me that she would check again .. after 30 more minutes the doctor stated that she actually found my documents \u200d️ BUT she’s not even an obgyn so she can’t even explain to me what was going on in my body so everything was pointless after 3 hours !! Long story short I had to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT because again they scheduled me the wrong doctor I told them I am not waiting another 2/3 weeks because of there mistake so they scheduled me the following week.... 3 days later I get a voicemail stating that my appointment is canceled because the place they assigned me does not accept my insurance I tried calling the supervisor Orlenda Paris but no call back ... this place is THE WORST and I have to wait another month

Love the doctors but there's always always always a long wait even with an appointment! Today I've been on the phone for over an hour just trying to talk to someone in the front desk! Never have they took this long dont know what going on but at this point I'm really considering of changing clinics!

First time here with my 1 year old son. The service and doctor\u200d️ were great!!! The wait time was not long at all being a walk in. I was truly amazed at how friendly the staff was, I felt comfortable and not stressed at all, the service was quick and friendly . The waiting area has a section for children to play and toys as well, that was the best part for my son, he enjoyed his check up and even got stickers!! He loved it! And did not cry at all! What a difference a new doctors office can make. Left feeling positive and very happy with the service! Would gladly recommend Eisner Health!!
