The doctor only design is a virus every time I take my baby. Because it has been a week with a fever and she only designed a virus and removed it with rest. I decided to take my baby to the hospital because it was not normal for me .. it turns out my baby already had an infection in her blood and if she did not get it taken soon the infection would have reached the brain .... I changed my pediatrician to my Children immediately because she does not help you to see the specialist she thinks you only waste your time ... I advise you not to choose this place

i was assisted by the female doctor and she was no help and on to top off that she was so rude, she always responds to you as if you're stupid. I understand she has \certification\ for her job but if a parent asks questions don't make them feel stupid for being concerned about there kid. Also when explaining my situation to the front desk the lady over the phone clearly didn't care instead of being \professional\ and letting the customer feel better.She should stop giving wrong diagnosis because one day a baby will actually have something serious but just because \shes the doctor\ and shes right and prideful it'll lead to something bad and serious. Please take your jobs serious ESPECIALLY WHEN KIDS LIVES ARE ON THE LINE.
The female doctor that assists doctor florentino is not good at all. I try to schedule my appointments with one of the male doctors, the female doctor looks like she’s having the worst time of her life attending to patients and is not charismatic at all, won’t really interact with the children and all she says is that everything is fine with the child, she doesn’t bother to ask the parents if we have any questions or concerns, she doesn’t communicate with us regarding how well or unwell our child has been developing according to her/his age. In my experience and opinion she makes the routine appointments uncomfortable for me and my kids.
My baby has had a cough for about a month now. The female doctor that has been assisting dr.florentino. examined my baby and could not prescribe any medicine because he was two small at 23 months. She said his lungs were clear and his ears and throat was fine. Apparently, I knew something was not right with my son. He was having a hard time with this cough and was not eating or feeling well. So i decided to take him to the hospital and the finding results were he had a severe infection in both ears and throat and to top it off he has a nemonia in his lungs. I was so upset that this doctor wasn't able to detect any thing wrong with my son and just prescribed saline drops. Very unprofessional. As a matter of fact since Dr.Florentino delivered my baby every time I go to the clinic in Lynwood, he is never there.its always a replacement so called Doctor. I will be relocating clinics asap. I do not recommend this clinic.
Really good Doctor and the M.A really courteous and organize office is clean rooms are clean and organize I really recommend Dr.Florentino
