I had a policy opened for about only two months with Freeway because the agents failed to send in pictures of my vehicle and failed to send in my artisan/business use form causing my policy to be cancelled. 700 was given as a down payment to start the policy and apparently to their agent that I spoke to in person yesterday I won't be seeing that money again but of course I'm paying for their negligence. And to end it all off they never told me my policy was cancelled even after trying to fix their error the month prior so I was driving around uninsured for about a week without even knowing. Save your time and money go elsewhere where they will take care of you properly with no hassle.

Shady company, I don't understand how they have good ratings. They asked me for all my personal information and after providing them with the information, they did not give me a quote. The call ended because he asked me how much I was paying for my current insurance and I told him I prefer not to disclose that information. He then was rude and told me I needed to call back and hung up! He didn't even give me his name.....This is exactly what happened. Consumer beware........GO WITH A COMPANY YOU TRUST NOT JUST A COMPANY THAT WANTS YOUR MONEY!!!!!
