The most horrible customer service EVER!! My husband needed a special brace, they made him to go there 3 times and after almost 11 month it’s not even ready!!! I call them and they put me on hold for 40-60 minutes (not exaggerating) and then they hung up! They are extremely rude, and unorganized! They took the money and charged the insurance and we still have nothing! Shame on you ortho engineering!

Nowhere on the buildings signage, or the building itself is the name if this facility. Even the directory does not list its exsistence in the building. I walked around over 35 min trying to find this place and no one seemed to know about it. I was there 3 months prior for compression stockings which i which i was told would be ready in around 2 weeks.....3 months later I'm notified to come in for fitting
