My opinion about this place is that any doubt, concern and everything that has to do with all kinds of processes, like today, how will the anesthesia, the extractions go? any question the crew is very concerned and makes you feel better. If I complain about something, everyone will make sure I get better help and explain the processes step by step. In each visit I make, they receive you better and better and now in times of covid19 they serve you much better. Thank you for making today's visit easy and fast, my daughter arrived worried and left very happy and confident. Thank you Dr. Ely and the staff for taking care of your patients.

I want to send a nice review for Desire. My insurance has been a pain on the rear. They have denied my claim over 10 time and each time I have to go back to Desire for help. She has been so supportive and continues to answer my insurance questions. She even offered to talk to them to get the issue resolved. This continued until finally we were finally able to get a clear answer from them. Desire is going above and beyond to make sure we are able to answer the mail so I don't loose my insurance money for this year. It is a piece of mind having her on my side. Thanks so much Desire.
