This location is my neighborhood Pizza Hut and I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. My experience here hasn’t been that great in the previous years. So much that I would drive to a farther location or just settle for Dominoes instead. I must say that my last few orders have been impressive and are what has made me continue to order. My last few orders and interactions with the staff have been awesome. Some great changes have been made and I hope they continue on this great path. A big thanks to all of the awesome employees at this location.

I ordered online and then called AS SOON as I placed my order to ask of there was a way to add extra cheese as one of the THREE ingredients because I had only selected Double Pepperoni she said they charge... I said ok that ok can you just make it triple Pepperoni since it is a Large THREE Topping she said ok. I then asked if she could make the pizza WELL DONE (I love when the cheese is golden brown and bubbly) she said she would let the cook know. So I went to pick up my order. I'm waiting outside BEFORE my pizza was supposed to be done and I was still waiting outside after ... so 5min of waiting in the car i go inside and asked if the pizza was done or not? She opens the hot box and pulls out the pizza i then advised her that it was supposed to be a CONTACT LESS TRANSACTION and I've been waiting outside. Says sorry all under her breath type and I just walked out. Ill order from South Gate next time I hate people that give attitude because you expect them to do their job SMH i
Hi I had a really bad experience with this order. The staff was very rude, she also argued with me on the phone about my order she said my order was not there at that location. I was explaining to her I had the curside pick up, and the store notified me that me order was ready. She was very unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Not to mention she was also coughing. I feel like that is not sanitary especially during this pandemic. Eventually they found my order, but it was a terrible experience.
I ordered online and my wait time was 10-20 mins. I did not have to wait any longer than the approximate time they suggested. It was a fast experience
You could make sure that your employees are more organized and customer friendly. I ordered online and the cashier tried to make me pay again. Then they gave someone else my pizza, and tried to make me take the one they made for the other customer. This was a terrible reflection of the store, and the company as a whole.
