Clean, organized, very good selection to choose from. Reps R very cool & helpful... they let U shop & ready to help when asked... it was a pleasant experience.... plus the store was very quiet... at least when I was there...I will defenately be coming back again...

Google won’t let me rate lower than a one unfortunately! HORRIBLE experience manager Ana Delgado is one of the most unprofessional managers I’ve ever encountered. We went to exchange shoes and unfortunately we had lost the receipt so we were told that we could exchange for other same like shoes OR give us a 30% discount towards other shoes. Manager Ana, was already annoyed ( maybe had a rough day at work) After Ana told us that we could get other shoes at 30% off we decided to get shoes for my daughter. The sales associate said she had to verify with Ana ( manager) to see how to apply the 30% discount. At this point we had already lost an investment of 70 which we were told that was the “only thing she could offer” we got a 24 kids shoes. Ana (Manager) came back to the front with a bad attitude and said that the 30% was only to be applied to the same type of shoes! At this point there was a big line behind us waiting, I was upset but that’s not the best part of this show journey. I asked her for her name paid full price for the kid shoe and left. I called another Sketchers Store and spoke to another store manager and guess what? She gave me a whole different story she said that she could’ve applied a store credit because since we didn’t have the receipt she could’ve give us and cash back ( totally understandable) also I told her we didn’t purchase the shoes I was talking about at her store and are you ready for this......... she said to take them to her , she would do a price check with the store and issue me store credit to ANY shoes!!!!!!!!!!! Ms. Ana Delgado did not go the extra mile as a manager should and this is extremely unacceptable behavior from a store “manager”. Needless to say we will NOT be going back to this store ever.

Had to take a pair of shoes back to change size. The attendant was very professional. He helped me find another pair. I need for a person just learning to walk again and the had to be light and a good walking shoe. I forgot to ask the young man his name. This is a funny....he had nice hands.
