First time doing this activity and proved to be well worth it. Very welcoming, first class facilities. Highly recommended if you want a de-stressing and extremely relaxing experience.

Amazing experience. Staff are so friendly and you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in., with lovely decor luxurious sofas and beautiful pieces of agate and geodes. The float itself is bliss. From the shower beforehand to getting in the tank (more like a small bathroom, so nothing to fear) with it's subtle lighting and a perfect air & water temperature It took me a while to switch off , but once you do, it's a great feeling. A shower after, with everything provided-towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, then use of a Dyson hairdryer while sipping a herbal tea. Perfect. My chronic illness is a distant memory, at the moment, no pains, no aches, but I've signed up for more sessions..... just in case. I can't wait.

The best well-being experience I have ever indulged in. Refreshed, renewed and reinvigorated after every session. Feelings of stress and anxiety greatly reduced and now achieving reasonable levels of deep sleep after many years of deprivation. Even the devasting effects of SAD seem lessened. I cannot praise this therapy enough and would highly recommend the excellent facilities and brilliant staff at Rossco's.

Amazing facilities and top notch staff. The float rooms are state of the art, spacious and a real asset to Lytham St Annes. With so many benefits, both physical and psychological, I would highly recommend the experience to anyone. Give it a go - YOLO - You Only Live Once, so why not feel great!
