Great service at a good price with excellent quality products fitted by a friendly & efficient fitter (Gary). the service was excellent from the moment when i spoke to Neil in the showroom explaining what was required which was to repair some existing flooring & to fit some new flooring. The total price was explained & a date booked. Gary the fitter turned up on time and was courteous & efficient from the moment he arrived. A great service at a competitive price & i would not hesitate to recommend them & will use them again.
This is the second time we have used M &D Flooring. They did a great job laying a new kitchen floor last year and this year they fitted new carpets in our bedroom and vinyl flooring in the new en-suite. I cannot recommend Matt and his team enough. First time buying carpet and I was thinking about using Carpet Right after getting a few quotes. However, very glad I chose M&D after excellent customer service within the store. Carpet installed after 3 weeks of ordering and the installers were outstanding; they arrived on time, helped move furniture, were tidy, efficient and I was impressed with their standard of work. Would definitely use M & D again.
Our Karndean floor is a work of art. We are so pleased with it and would highly recommend M&D Flooring. Their service from initial consultation through to final fitting was faultless.
