MDM is our go-to service for all white good repairs. I have used MDM for many years and he has mended our dishwasher more than once, our microwave and today our washing machine. Despite his schedule already being full he squeezed us in the day before Christmas Eve. We had managed to block the hose so that it was impossible to unblock and release the water, and I had tried all the obvious routes. MDM managed to resolve the issue. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and does not leave until he knows everything is resolved. I really highly recommend MDM. (By the way, to the person who complained about communication, may I add that if you leave a message on his mobile answerphone he always comes back but as he may be working it may not be immediate. I texted yesterday and he phoned me at 8.30 this morning and was with me by 11.30am)
Very good at what he does. However his communication is terrible.
