1) It depends on what you're getting done. I did a blowout for straight silky hair and it turned out fantastic . However the process is a bit much. After washing and deep condition, they put rollers in and have you sit under the dryer for about an hour and your kids as well. Maybe that's their secret to the silk I asked about my extremely dry scalp that flakes and if they could recommend a product and place it on my scalp. I guess that part went over their heads because I got no response to that and left the salon with my hair dryer than how I came in. 2) The lady who did my daughter's hair burnt her ear, wasn't bad but still burnt. My other daughter was fine. I paid 160 for 3 heads, myself and my 2 daughters 7 and 9. That's very expensive. In the future I will certainly not take my kids there. As for me, I may return and update my review after my visit. I will wash, deep condition and oil my scalp first at home, then go to them for just a blowout. Which I'm sure they'll charge around 45 to 50 bux . If you're wanting an amazing blowout for silky straight hair, I recommend, but scalp treatment, you might want to go elsewhere or be firm with them about getting your scalp treated after the dryer.. Also if u have damaged hair a Keratin treatment would be great but it costs 250.00 and lasts for 4 months. I gave 3 stars because my hair is still nice and straight and soft days later and it looks absolutely beautiful

The lady that did my hair was flat ironing my hair too straight in my opinion. But the lady that flat iron my daughter's hair was just right. We both received deep conditioner and trim as well. Total cost 126.00 and they were fast unlike most beauty shops from my past be there all day. UPDATE; I found a spot in my daughter's hair that was burnt by excessive heat. I also see that you really have to shampoo hair to get the burnt hair smell out of your hair. I've change the ratings from 5 to 3 stars because of this.

Had a shampoo and blow out done yesterday I have been there before they usually do a good job at styling your hair but yesterday I believe the hairstylist was in a hurry. She was detangling my hair in the shampoo bowl she was combing it from the middle of my hair to my ends and I could hear my hair literally tearing as she used a detangling comb incorrectly it She was combing it so badly I had ask or aren't you supposed to brush my hair from my ends not ripping my hair not from the middle to the end and she agreed yet continued to brush my hair Then took me to the blow dry area where when she was blowdrying my hair was not careful about burning my scalp or my ears. All in all not a professional experience with my hair will not come back.

Ive been here 3 times; never coming back. Ive waited 2 hours for someone to wash my daughters hair. i was next they took lunch with a salon full of patrons waiting! Now to be fair I understand that you are under staffed; please make that clear to all guests not just the ones that speak spanish. Never coming back. I will not wait all these hours for subpar service. GO ELSEWHERE!
