This company have truly let me and my elderly mother down. Over 3 months ago, 13th july 2020 I first contacted them for a boiler service and to fit a roof vent and the job is still not completed by today 9th October 2020 and 9 calls later. My mum has Alzheimer's so for every visit I have to arrange for someone to be with her. Firstly they ordered the wrong part for the roof vent, 3 weeks later they visit, with the wrong part again. They forget to do the service and go back out. Yesterday they were scheduled to visit again in the afternoon. I called them to confirm, another elderly person stayed with my mum all afternoon, they never turned up. I left a message to ask why they had not visited the house, over 24hrs later still no response. I would not recommend them, they are unreliable, rude, and really just dont care. The lady who deals with the bookings is lovely but she is obviously not supported by her team of engineers but they expect her to deal with the fall out of their poor service. Please dont rely on these guys to get your job done.
