MK Caravans serviced our 2002 Sterling Europa in June 2011, and I found Mike's product knowledge and professionalism beyond comparison. He investigated our chief concern (battery going flat) and replaced the faulty charger, supplied and fitted a new tow ball for my tow-car, and carried out the service all in the same day - he had everything in stock. Along with the receipt, he had prepared a checklist of items which he reviewed with my to ensure I understood what was checked and serviced. The site is easy to get to with no sharp turns or restricted access. I will definitely be returning to M K Caravans for the next service.
A service from Mike can guarantee the work will be done properly, I always take my caravan there.
what a shock, turned up to inquire about some work, got told he didn't need the work. he didn't have time to speak to me, very rude, i'm shocked, i run my own business and would not be in business with an attitude like his. take your money elsewhere, anywhere but here.
Very professional and friendly
Only went in to enquire as to whether it was possible for him to service the brakes on my caravan,well,what an unfriendly individual that i spoke to,it was as if i was just not worth a civil response,anyway,after his begrudging reply that he could,nt do the work until May(at least 2 weeks,at most 6,unbelievable that someone with his attitude had so much work),i told him to forget it,and that i,d take my custom to someone that would appreciate it.
Been a customer for many years. Could not ask for better service.
